Diet is everything to our physical and our spiritual bodies. What we eat can keep us healthy, give us energy, and give us long life. Many of us will monitor our physical diets while we neglect our spiritual diets. Are you spending more time watching BET and MTV videos than watching a TD Jakes or Joel Osteen video message? Are you spending more time around people who complain, have no vision in life, and who are still motivated by what the world has to offer than around those who are truly living for Christ?
Ask yourself what did you eat yesterday? Was it something that gave you energy, a thirst for life and knowledge and gave you hope for a better tomorrow? Or did you sit to the table and partake of complaints, doubtful talk and no hope for tomorrow?
Eat a diet of love, faith, hope, devotion and purpose that has been prepared for us by God. This diet will give you long life, perfect health, and the energy to keep pushing.
