Attitude is Everything-Glass Half Empty or Full

What does attitude mean? Attitude is a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person’s behavior. This definition reveals just how important having a great attitude is. We must have a great attitude and allow that energy to propel us into our destiny. If we have a great attitude we will maintain a positive outlook on tomorrow. Even the bible tells us about having a great attitude. Here is one scripture that reflect God’s perception on attitude:

Do all things without grumbling or questioning, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, Philippians 2:14-15

This scripture reminds us not to complain and mumble about our situations and not to question every little thing that doesn’t go our way. We must stand out in the world and be a beacon of light and hope by smiling and by trusting that God has our best interest in mind at all times.

Attitude is everything. Beginning today be mindful of your attitude. When you find yourself complaining or being negative redirect those words and thoughts and be positive. Don’t look at the glass half empty rather notice that there is something in the glass period. As long as something is in the glass it is definitely not empty. Therefore, as long as you are alive there is always hope and endless possibilities. Have a positive Christlike attitude and watch the colors of your life brighten.
