It is good to sit back and reflect on your life’s changes. However, be sure not to stay in a state of reflection or allow past feelings to attach themselves to you. As I was reflecting this morning I looked back and remembered how broken I was and how broken-hearted I was. But God! I am never going back. I love the new me. I appreciate who I am as a person and I truly love myself.
Reflect on where you were and where you are now and be grateful for the change.
