Different Kinds of Faith

There are many kinds of faith.  There is God Faith and sense knowledge faith.  The only faith that works is God Faith.  It does you know good to have sense knowledge faith because then you are really just waiting on the feeling or physically seeing a change come before you believe that you have what you have asked for.

True faith is knowing that it is done once AMEN is said regardless of what you see, hear, or feel.  You will be amazed at the move of God if you only believe.

Standing on the Word of God

If you are like many of us you find yourself in a circle of praying and believing hard and no manifestation within the time frame we desire then we go back to praying even harder.  Is that really necessary?  I haven’t read that things come by our might.  I am beginning to realize that this is a trick of the enemy to make us get into doubt and just as our blessing is about to be birthed we give up or try to earn it.  We must stay in the fight and stand on God’s word.  It doesn’t matter what it looks like.  What matters is you have the promises of God through His words locked up in your heart and that it permeates your mind daily.

Keep standing.  In the bible there is a scripture that reads, “I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor His seed begging bread”.  Know that you are righteous.  Speak it out loud, ” I am the righteousness of God and I believe and I am deserving of the blessings promised to me in my Father’s word”. Serve the devil notice and let him know that God has all power and that you know that you know that God is coming through for you.  Every time the devil tries to magnify the situation you are praying on remind him that he is not the author or finisher of anything concerning your life and that you are standing on God’s word.  Plead the blood of Jesus, rebuke him and tell him to go on now.

Now if this is what you already do and still nothing and you are wondering what else to do? STAND.  JUST STAND. This is your time for God to get the glory in your life for a testimony to bring others into the kingdom.  JUST STAND.

Singing unto God

We have to remember to sing unto God.  Even when what we have asked for has not manifested in the physical still sing praises unto Him.  As the people who walked around Jericho yet walked their blessing was poured upon them.  While Paul and Sirus was locked up and yet praised God their blessings were poured upon them.  My daughter is singing unto God and for that I am blessed beyond measure as a mother.  Her heart is in the right place and she knows who God is. She wrote this song by herself in her song book.  Therefore, the gifts that God is giving her she is surely using them.  God will show Himself faithful in her life daily forever.

God is a Keeper

I am a witness that if you want to be kept God will surely keep you.  It is a matter of focusing on Him and His promises rather being lead by your emotions and blurry vision with depth deficiencies. Lean not to your own understanding but trust in God in all things and He will guide you and keep you.  Most of the time when we are lead by our emotions the bottom line is fear.  Fear of things not happening the way we want them to happen or fear that someone is intentionally trying to harm us or block our blessings and we are going to defend ourselves over what they are trying to bring into our lives.

People snap daily.  That is why we must stay prayed up and ask and trust that God will keep us.  We should pray that God keeps our mind stayed on Him.  That way we will walk in love and peace.  God is a keeper.  Let that be your testimony.

The Lord is my Shepherd

It is so ironic that we are compared to sheep in the bible. In Psalms there is a scripture that states, “The Lord is my Shepherd. He leadeth me beside still waters, He reneweth my soul”. Sheep can not see right in front of their face. They have trouble judging the depth of things.  However, they can see great behind them. Their peripheral vision is excellent. To make vision even worse many Shepherds pour oil over the head of their sheep to keep a particular insect from drilling holes into their ears and brains.  The oil makes the wool so slick that the books slide off before they can infiltrate the sheep.

Doesn’t some of these qualities sound like us?  We have a habit of looking back and those reflections are so vivid and clear to us. We have a hard time seeing what is ahead of us and we typically rely on our emotions to guide our path in decisions about our futures. The devil is constantly trying to plant a seed in our minds so that it can filter to our hearts and destroy us and block our blessings.

We so need to be lead just as a Shepherd leads his sheep.  We need to rely on God’s voice to lead us.  If not we will go astray and we may not make it to safety. Lets allow God to truly be our Sheppard and lay aside all feelings/emotions and be lead by the word of God planted in our hearts.
